Many of the programs across the 2U portfolio were similar across multiple schools, and the overall bootcamp space is very competitive online.

The launch of a new subdomain meant that traffic generation started at zero, and needed to grow quickly to meet enrollment goals.

Many competitors were not promoting their bootcamp websites through search and were instead using paid search or paid social channels to try to grow their programs.

In-depth market analysis

We looked at content opportunities that would meet brand standards,  achieve link goals and fit well within the bootcamp niche.

Content creation

Since they had a robust content team, they were able to create many content pieces per site that we would promote. In some cases, they worked off our content plan, and we created some outreach pieces as well.

Content promotion

We secured links from other strong .edu domains, engineering magazines and STEM organizations, giving the subdomain highly targeted and relevant links, growing the traffic to the subdomain by 2177.33%, ranking the website for 100s of degree terms and adding 300 new referring domains.
